Overview

The App Experts, Ltd. is a London-based mobile app development agency, specialising in iOS, Android and cross-platform solutions. We have an immediate need for an account manager with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. This position involves overseeing a diverse body of IT specialists throughout their career with our corporation. Not only will the proper candidate assist and guide onboarding consultants with their onsite training in London, but he or she will also maintain company-wide visibility by generating documents and reports regarding consultants who are actively on assignment. Qualified candidates must thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation and high-growth environment. This position is founded on relationships. The ability to interact with executives, employees and clients at all levels is crucial. The right candidate will have an excitement towards building connections with the team he or she manages, all the while keeping in mind that consultants do their best work when they are satisfied professionally and personally. RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively build, develop, and manage a team of consultants who are at client site(s) Partner with management to provide career path planning and coaching to ensure consultant job satisfaction and professional growth Partner with management to facilitate placement/rotation of consultants and project staff Complete annual performance reviews and informal/formal performance review processes and relevant feedback as needed Manage relationships with consultants, maintaining frequent and direct contact with them via telephone, email and in person Coordinate training, timesheets, logistics, HR, sales & support for consultants Direct and manage the overall and day-to-day business execution of consultant projects to ensure quality work products, solutions and deliverables Identify, define, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues and achieve cost savings for our clients Monitor and direct consultants to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology Ensure project deliverables meet and/or exceed client expectation Provide leadership and direction to consulting teams in project delivery Manage resource placement and rotation within assigned accounts Requirements 3 Years of Corporate Experience Project Management Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field Strong Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail/Organization Strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal) Able to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule (with flexibility to work 50-60 hours/week)EC4N 7BP
