Page Personnel are recruiting for an administrator to join a Property business in Leeds city centre on a temporary role which has the outlook to turn permanent in the coming months. Client Details The client is a leading property business, based in the heart of Leeds. They are looking for a new head in the team to assist with the administrator. Description The Temporary Property Administrator will be responsible for - Supporting the department by providing them with the necessary tools they need i.e. floor plans, availability, photos Managing timelines, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Coordinating client and/or surveyor site visits Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems Being a dynamic CRM account manager Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the post Profile The Temporary Property Administrator will have/be - Be confidence in using key Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel. Be driven with flexible mind-set Must be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads in order of importance Good written skills (English grammar) Be knowledgeable of permitted developments, funding and sustainability Understanding of the property development lifecycle, planning system and framework Job Offer The Temporary Property Administrator will receive - Immediate start date Temporary to permanent opportunity Leeds city centre location
