Requirements Ideally you will have Medical Sales experience. Recent Graduates with Medical Sales shadowing experience and a strong desire to succeed in a challenging environment will be considered. Degree qualification in a Business or Science subject ideally but will consider other relative disciplines. FMCG backgrounds will also be considered, but you must have a relevant degree and have strong industry research. Experience within Pharmacy sales. A good understanding of the NHS (UK) organisation and framework/national policies is desired. Role Responsibilities Work within the Key Account Team to pull through local guidance/recommendations for the product based on understanding and evaluation of trends, customer needs, and competitor’s activity. Customise call approach for each customer to ensure needs are assessed and the solution is specific to the product. Excellent understanding of customer priorities/needs and keeps abreast of guidance / changes in the local health economy in relation to anti-coagulation and NOAC prescribing. Effectively utilises all available resources to sell and promote their leading Cardiology product. Work collaboratively with support functions to determine which resources best fits the customer and/or circumstances. Collaborate with other members of the local account team to share tactics and opportunities to leverage sales and build relationships with the customer. Obtain maximum commitment from customers during every call. Deliver sales target, working productively with team members in line with marketing/operational strategy within budget. Pro-active communication with internal stakeholders. Demonstrate full accountability for understanding and adherence to industry and company policies and procedures. Responsible for attaining high levels of product, competitor, therapy area and environmental knowledge of promoted lines. Responsible for attaining a high level of selling skills in line with the company selling model. Responsible for upholding the professional image of the company at all times.
