You will be responsible for finding the very best talent in the sector and encouraging them to continue their career journey with LEYF. You will have the chance to build attraction campaigns, attend several careers events as well as designing some of your own, engage with our partners to encourage those seeking a career in childcare to pick LEYF as their employer of choice. LEYF encourage partnership working across each of our functions therefor you will be the designated recruitment partner for a select number of our nurseries; you will be required to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct regular visits and attend meetings at your assigned nurseries. You will be responsible for the recruitment needs for these settings. If you have the qualities listed below we would love to hear from you; Experience working in-house within the early years sector or similar sector i.e social care, healthcare ect Extremely organised and able to manage own workload Exceptional customer service skills Resilient and a problem solver Solution orientated Self-motivated and enjoys being a part of a team Passionate about being a part of positive change to the lives of children and families
