Salary and benefits: £30,000-£35,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Fennies Nurseries Head Office, 1a Hook Road, Epsom, KT19 8TH Overview of the role A leading nursery provider is looking for a Marketing Manager (maternity cover) to look after all marketing for the business and activities which include events. Based in the Epsom, Head Office you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the company in-line with branding and company objectives. You will also manage a team that consists of a Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress into a managerial position and develop their skills from a strategic and analytic stance. Responsibilities Deliver an effective marketing strategy on both occupancy and recruitment to maximise conversion of leads Building brand awareness and positioning, so that we remain a leading childcare provider Identifying new customers to support the growth of the business in line with monthly, quarterly and yearly occupancy targets within a marketing budget Understand the budget and return on investment and direct, plan and co-ordinate effective marketing efforts through the team Working closely with the Commercial Manager to develop promotions and our parent offering Support the team to organise and manage effective occupancy events Oversee social media, public relations efforts, content marketing and print Work closely with the senior management team; Head of Recruitment, Head of Commercial and Head of Education to support all areas of the business Understand customer profiles and undertake competitive and market research and analysis Support the team on the production of all marketing materials, including print, merchandise, photography and videos Manage the account relationships with our digital agency, design and print agencies Qualifications and experience Educated to degree level with excellent with strong copy writing skills Excellent attention to detail with an understanding of the importance of branding and positioning Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and WordPress preferred Ability to work well with the senior management team and CEO Commercially focused Confident at decision making Ideally 3 years’ experience in a blended marketing role High attention to detail Budget management and campaign planning Experience using CMS/web, SEO, GA, social media and CRM platform
