Transport Planner - 2 Man home delivery / White Glove - £30K Experience with 2 man home delivery? Familiar with White Glove UK transport? This could be perfect Transport Planner required for leading multi-site Logistics brand based in Essex. Transport Planner must have UK Road Transport Planning experience and have experience with 2 man home delivery/white glove delivery. The Package : Salary £28K - £30K 28 days holiday Pension Hours : Monday to Friday - day time hours - Flexibility required - 08:00 - 18:00 The Role: The Transport Planner will be working in a team of planners dealing with 2 man home delivery and managing all challenges of a white glove, start to finish service. Planning responsibilities for a fleet of 7 - 20 vehicles. The Transport Planner will ensure the team will effectively plan vehicle routes by fully utilising own vehicles to the required levels of customer service, whilst also adhering to Drivers hours legislation and maintenance requirements. The Transport Planner will manage the companies in house installation team to ensure efficient coordination Manage vehicle routing processes at minimum cost to successfully deliver Transport technical and operational knowledge and experience; Experience and ability to manage a major customer. Requirements: Sounds geographical knowledge of South / South East / Midlands Management of major account in transport Knowledge / Experience with installations teams or home delivery would be advantageous.
