Overview
This is an exciting new opportunity, to join a well-established and market leading company, in the Telford area. They are looking to recruit for an experienced Quality Engineer, who has previous supervisory experience. You will be joining a team of Quality Engineers and overseeing the department, improving processes and communicating with other departments, along with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: Overseeing the team of quality engineers Allocating workload in the quality department Resolving quality issues and communicating these to production and customers Assisting with new product introduction Following quality processes Completing quality audits and actioning corrective procedures Skills and Experience Must have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing or assembly Working experience reading from technical engineering drawings Strong working knowledge of ISO19001 The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality role Must have previous experience managing a team The application process: We will carefully consider your details and advise you if we're able to progress with your application within 72 working hours .
