Overview

URGENT NEW PERMANENT ROLE TO START ASAP. This role is to provide help desk / customer support following the implementation and integration of our clients hardware and software. Consequently you must be client facing; able to liaise and explain solutions to clients; and provide a 1st class customer support function. Broad technical skills needed across Windows, Mac, Linux, IoS and Android this is not a simple IT support role but is providing bespoke customer support as well as training and guidance. The role could suit an IT related graduate or someone with more experience but you must understand networking, be able to install drivers and general PC hardware support. Excellent interpersonal skills expected as you will resolve issues over the phone and via email. In quieter times (as there are not high levels of calls) you will support the QA test team too. Some flexibility around hours preferred.
