Overview

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join a leading Diagnostics company based in the South East of the UK. As the Product Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the marketing programme and product launch for the company enzyme products. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Product Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. As the Product Manager you will be preparing and executing the marketing strategy for the product launch of the company's enzyme portfolio. 2. It will be your responsibility to maintain an update to date knowledge of the company's position in the market, and competitor products, as well as establishing future market share targets. 3. You will create and update marketing literature, including promotional tools for exhibitions and educational materials. 4. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and be the point of contact for product questions from customers and the sales team, supporting the sales team with training related to product marketing. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Product Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1. Relevant degree in a Life Science discipline e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences. 2. Proven industry experience in a field sales, marketing or product management environment, either within diagnostics, or life science. 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with marketing strategy would be beneficial.
