Do you enjoy solving complex problems? Are you confident in configuring and customizing a Salesforce eco system? Our Client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to join their team, taking ownership of the Organisations Salesforce estate and working with the Business to understand the requirements of future change. About The Role Based in Hampshire, you’ll be responsible for the administration of multiple Salesforce.com org’s. You’ll be the first point of contact for any salesforce development and functionality changes, working collaboratively with team members to ensure a solution is designed that meets business requirements and fulfil user stories. Acting as the 2nd line Salesforce expert to end users, you'll monitor and manage application limits and usage, perform regular health checks and mass updates using Dataloader. About You Our Client is looking for passionate individuals that show positivity under strain, show bravery and commitment to doing the right thing. It's important your experienced in owning and managing a Salesforce Org and ideally within a help desk environment, understanding how important the end user experience is. We're seeking a candidate that's a great communicator who is experienced in owning and managing a Salesforce Org and confident with Pardot, Dotdigital/Dotmailer and writing SQL queries.
