THIS ROLE IS UK EYES ONLY, YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO OBTAIN SECURITY CLEARANCE My client is a design and manufacturer of complex support systems supplied mainly to the aerospace and defence markets globally. They are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join the growing team to work with product development and translating customer requirements; scheduling, project managing and driving continuous improvement. As the successful Project Engineer what will you be responsible for? Working on PDR/CDR projects taking them through to quality Kicking off new projects and translating customer specs into reality Working on new R&D based projects which are imminently arriving Develop, manage, and maintains all aspects of project-level risks, including mitigation, costing and planning Monitors the product/project from initiation through completion and/or customer acceptance What will the successful Project Engineer look like? Circa 5 years relevant Project Engineering experience (based on above responsibilities) Degree Educated in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Software or Electromechanical Engineering A Mechanical Engineering aptitude and experience is important but not essential Communicative individual who is a team player and has good attention to detail On top of a great benefits package there is a competitive salary on offer and the chance to join a globally recognised brand with investment and future growth.
