Overview
Our client is looking for a store Manager for their newly opening Bridgewater shop. This is a full-time permanent position and a great opportunity to join a growing company The ideal candidate will have experience within the window/door frame industry whether from a sales or production background. You must have managerial experience and the ability to work within a close-knit team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store, goods in and out, record keeping of stock and other duties as directed by the Directors. A good local knowledge of the area and local market is desirable as you will also be responsible for Business development and lead generation of new clients for the Directors to follow up. Sales experience would be desirable but not necessary. In return there is a competitive salary based on experience and a commission structure with commission earned on everything sold. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a great commission structure rewarding hard work financially. The hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am till 4:30pm.
