Acorn Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Saltney, CH4 8RF, who specialise in the development of sustainable timber buildings, garden buildings for homes, and other outdoor structures and fencing. The main purpose of this role is to lead a team of Warehouse staff, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice: whilst ensuring targets are met. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who is looking to move into a more supervisory role. About the Company Successful, multi award-winning family run business based in North Wales Formed in 1985, with roots going back 5 generations in timer manufacture Apart of a bigger group, many of which are used in worldwide distribution. Responsibilities and Required Skills Responsible for leading a team of Warehouse Operatives Monitor, contribute, and motivate team members towards the achievement of KPI's Complete KPI reports and previous days production figures Liaise daily with the Warehouse Manager Previous experience within a Warehouse environment and a proven track record of managing a team Good understanding of the processes and procedures involved within a fast-moving warehouse environment. Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 0800 - 1700 or 0730 - 1630 (dependant on business needs). Rate of Pay Between £9.00 - £9.50 per hour.
