Site Manager – Leading manufacturing Group Reference: NPH/1510 Monday to Friday Salary: Circa £40,000 Pension Scheme Health Care Location: Lincoln The Company My Client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers within their sector who have been established over 40 years. Supplying a wide range of industries, the company has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within the industry they specialise in. Key Skills · Supervisory or management exposure in a manufacturing environment. · Ideally HNC or degree in technical discipline · Experience of chemical manufacturing The Role The successful candidate must have experience of leadership in an industrial manufacturing environment, with experience of compliance to safety, environmental and quality management systems, along with a good understanding of best practice within the chemical industry. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills; Proven track record in leadership, management and development of employees. Flexibility and willingness to take the lead to challenge existing knowledge. Computer literate, competence with Microsoft Office. An understanding of Microsoft.
