Showroom Manager - CentralLondon Salary: Competitive depending on experience. Working Hours : Full time The Company: is a highly-regarded Fabric, Wallpaper and Home Accessories Showroom in the heart of London. Our client manages inbound enquiries and sample requests on behalf of over 20 designers based around the world and provides these designers with a ‘shop window' in which to showcase their talents to their UK clientele. The Showroom also hosts the Home Accessories range of our client in its basement, attracting a wide array of customers, both trade and retail The Role : Our client is seeking a candidate who can lead the management of the Showroom in Central London. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Fabric Showroom and providing the highest level of client service. The Candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the management of our client's range. Role Responsibilities : Fulfilment of sample requests on behalf of Shelf-holders; Management and oversight of fabric and wallpaper orders on behalf of shelf-holders; Oversight of Marketing & Press Events at the Showroom; Oversight of Marketing and Social Media activities; Management and oversight of the show room Accessories range. Skills & Experience: 5-8 years' experience in a similar position; Good team management skills Exceptional organisational skills and a clear and structured approach; Ability to multi-task; An obvious passion for fabrics and wallpapers and a determination to become highly knowledgeable in the fabric and wallpaper ranges. Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel. Advantageous additional skills / interests: Experience in using Shopify Software Experience in discussing tax matters to assist UK designers with queries regarding non-UK fabric orders; Prior experience in managing social media campaigns.
