Overview
Situated in Central London this exclusive furniture company is looking for an exceptional Showroom Coordinator to join their Front of House and Marketing Team. Representing the brand and acting as the first point of contact, this individual will be outgoing and proactive with an eye for detail, keen to take on new challenges and own this role. Duties include but are not limited to: Client Hospitality Meet and greet visitors, registering them and making them feel welcome Manage the showroom meeting diary - Keeping update-to-date and the sales team informed of all client movements Managing and maintaining all stock Assisting Marketing Manager with client social events Showroom Ensure that the showroom is always clean and tidy, and that all furniture displayed is in accordance to intended layout Keep track of accessories and showroom dressing. Manage showroom inventory, stationery & photocopier supplies Make checks throughout the day of the showroom's appearance ensuring its always looking in perfect condition Facility Management Manage relationship with cleaners, ensuring they are aware of special / additional work Ensure emergency exits/fire escapes are clear and alarms are regularly tested Ensure lighting systems, doors, aircon, TVs, IT and connectors are always in working order Marketing and Sales support Furniture samples - keep updated stock and placing orders Brochures, literature and give-aways - keep updated stock for client marketing Support for events including content/catering bookings and use (CRM) Vibrant team, fantastic benefits, cool location and creative enviroment- apply now
