Overview
A prestigious London property firm is recruiting a Senior Analyst for their Development Division. This is a high-profile role supporting the business with preparing cashflow-based appraisals for large development projects. This will include creating and running financial cashflow-based appraisals; productive working relationships with senior stakeholders; and you will strive to improve processes in the department. This will involve adapting existing Excel models to run financial appraisals, supporting forecasting process and models, and involvement in the production of relevant Investment Committee or Board papers. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic record and excellent analytical skills. You will demonstrate and an in-depth knowledge of operating financial models as a core part of a previous role; advanced Excel modelling skills, knowledge of NPV and IRR, and a good understanding of the property sector.
