Overview

We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and proactive candidates to join a fantastic team near Alton as part of their busy Operations department. The successful Operations Administrators will ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and on time, dealing with all subsequent queries in an efficient and professional manner. Key responsibilities: Processing all orders, working through any issues/problems to ensure they are completed in a timely manner Investigating and completing credit request authorisations accurately Ensuring that return transactions are completed correctly first time and within set deadlines Ensuring that there are effective communication channels with both internal and external customers Assisting other departments as required General administration duties Key Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with excellent analytical and numerical skills and a good eye for detail. Able to communicate effectively with both internal & external clients Salary £18-20K depending on experience.
