Mortgage Advisor - Brokerage Environment, London Outstanding lead source (Working with over 100 Corporations including Law Firms, Investment Banks, Marketing Firms, Tech Corporations, Existing Client Bank, Referrals and many more) Monday - Friday (Good work/life balance) A genuine opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to earn £100k in a challenging market despite all the "Brexit" talk Our client is an established Independent Whole of Market Mortgage Brokerage based in London who offer advice for Clients looking to purchase their first property, re-mortgage or move home, Investment Property financing, Bridging & Development Loans, Commercial Finance, BTL, Secured Lending and Second Charge Mortgages. This is a great opportunity for a mortgage professional to join a forward-thinking organisation who has a genuine client bank providing an abundance of leads to its Mortgage Brokers. They require that you have at least one years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor, working within a whole of market financial institution (Brokerage, Self-employed, Estate Agency FS) Candidate experience required: Full CeMAP or equivalent Whole of market mortgage advice experience Experience in a target-driven environment. A proven track record of sales. Business development skills.
