Overview
Our Client, a growing, independent firm of Chartered Accountants, are looking for an Accounts Senior to join their team in Southampton. The role will mainly involve being responsible for dealing with the accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients including; sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, as well as tax computations, self-assessments and VAT returns. Experience of payroll would also be an advantage, as the role could incorporate some payroll work if you wish. You will ideally hold a professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA, although study assistance will be considered if required and you will have at least 2 years practice experience. A good working knowledge of accounting systems such as Xero would also be beneficial.
