Then Prism Client Solutions are waiting to hear from you today This opportunity is not your normal run of the mill job, we are offering the opportunity for 7 sales assistants to come along side us, firstly they will be fully trained in the entry level sales role, and at the same time undergoing world class management training. The goal is to get new individuals to leadership within two months of starting. At no stage would you be alone, we have a skilled team ready to train you and teach you all they know. The only thing we ask is all your commitment and bags of motivation. Why are we looking for sports & fitness lovers? Some of the most successful individuals within Prism Client Solutions have come from sports backgrounds, and a lot of the key characteristics they all have are easily transferred to this business and allows them to come aboard and get to the top. Another thing we love about people from a sports background is they make very good natural leaders which is exactly what we are after. Sales Assistants - What will you be doing? You will be known for your charismatic personality and your winning attitude. You will be working face to face with new customers, so you will need to be smartly presented, confident talking to people and enjoy sales. You will: •Be involved in a dynamic marketing campaign. •Be responsible for the marketing and promoting our blue chip clients products and services. •Implement marketing strategies. •Be responsible for managing and increasing customer acquisitions. •Be rewarded with uncapped bonuses. •Finalising sales. Previous experience working in customer services, sales, telesales, retail or any other "people" based role is preferred.
