Brightwork are supporting one of our long-standing clients in the Glasgow area with their search for an experienced Transport Operations Manager. We’re working with a real market leader – a business that has developed over 50 years to become an ambassador for their industry. This is a strategic, customer facing & operational role that will see you manage over 140 drivers on your site. You will have full responsibility for the day to day business operation whilst creating and implementing a structured coaching & development model for your staff.
