FOOT MOBILE ENGINEER Have you worked in Building Maintenance for the last 3 years? Are you interested in working for a medium sized company that really DO treat you as an individual and not just 'another employee'? If you answered YES to at least 2 out of 3, then read on Foot Mobile Engineer Duties & Responsibilities: As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be a valuable asset to the company in keeping buildings working efficiently and effectively across a small portfolio of clients in Central London and The City of London. Clients include multi tenanted offices, Banks, Charitable organisations and various others. You will be responsible for completing routine planned maintenance programmes in accordance with client SLA's as well as responding to any day to day reactive calls that may come up and offering solutions to the clients in the most effective way. Plant and Services will include; Plant Rooms Checks, Lighting and Emergency Lighting, Water Temps and L8 Checks, and general service to AHU's and FCU's. You will be able to produce monthly reports and also produce quotations of works to be carried out The Foot Mobile Engineer will have excellent customer/client facing skills with the ability to offer advice in a clear and concise manner.
