Overview
Our Client is a major Housebuilding Plc, producing a diverse range of developments incorporating Private and Affordable dwelling houses to high rise apartment blocks including varied Commercial tenure operators/spaces, Senior Living apartment’s. Having acquired a major new scheme in addition to the current portfolio we seek a Senior Technical Manager with direct Housebuilding and Structural Engineering/Design experience. A sound technical knowledge of complex mixed-use development’s. Background in Structural Engineering is essential. A detailed working knowledge of relevant and /or current Building regulations and all other relevant construction legislation which impacts (including possible Local Authority design standards) on the delivery of design, including London Housing Design guide and NDSS Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook An effective leader, motivator and mentor Tolerant, determined flexible and reliable Credible, and comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders Good Team Player Empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view Keen to deliver exceptional customer service Well-presented and business like Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, Asta Power Project/PowerPoint, SharePoint.
