My client is a boutique real estate investment company whose schemes throughout the UK have been focused across Residential, Mixed Use, Commercial and Leisure are currently recruiting a Development Manager to work on a range of schemes. You will be expected to play a key role in the team through feasibility and planning through to development, delivery and ultimately sales and marketing. We are ideally looking for someone with full project lifecycle experience leaning towards residential developments. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience in projects from feasibility to sales. It is key the candidate has excellent delivery experience with either a main contractor or developer. Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Land acquisition opportunity identification and standing stock investment opportunities; Undertaking land and development appraisals to assess viability; Engaging with external parties to represent the organisation positively in the market.
