This dynamic and friendly law firm are currently looking for talented Customer Service Advisers and Data Inputters, to join their team based in Preston. Duties will include: - Telephone use - Checking customer details - Going through qualifying criteria to assess suitability - Establishing the best interests of the customer - Inputting and updating data held on our system Successful applicants will have: - A 'self-starter' attitude - Ability to `think on your feet - An ability to work to targets - Competency with computer based systems including Word & Excel - A desire for career progression Training and opportunities for advancement and a pleasant working environment close to motorway links and convenient public travel links. Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm.
