Senior DevOps Engineer - Linux, Windows, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes Bonus Scheme (20%) Up-skilling, progressive culture Regular Company Socials 26 Days Holiday Pension Health & Life Insurance Free Gym / Childcare Benefits Well known FinTech start-up who have had lots of positive media coverage on their product are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can come on board and move into a DevOps Manager (hands-on) role in the future. I have worked alongside this company since they formed six years ago and they have gone from strength to strength, they have a great product which changes peoples lives for the better. Ideally you’ll have a background of implementing and managing AWS infrastructure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing / managing robust cloud systems as well as improving the companies AWS environments. This company like to give responsibility out to their senior people so you will lead the DevOps space, involved in decision making on tech / projects and having a real influence on the product. Technical Overview: Strong Linux background, any previous experience with Microsoft Windows Servers (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS, RDS etc.) would be welcomed. Experience deploying and working with AWS, Azure and Docker. Knowledge of application lifecycle management and DevOps tools – JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, CodeCommit/Deploy/Pipeline, Jenkins/TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, GIT, Packer Ansible etc. Experience deploying Kubernetes, and managing a platform on a Kubernetes cluster. Background of managing or scripting Infrastructure as Code and configuration management (Terraform, Packer, Ansible). (Bonus) Knowledge of .Net or SQL.
