Overview
Support Workers are needed now more than ever and our client in Kingston is looking for new members of staff to expand their team. This is a permanent role with opportunity to grow within the company. You will be working with children with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex health needs. We have waking night shifts which are available on a 30 hour per week basis. Please apply for this role and inform me what you are looking for when we talk on the phone. Personal Care is involved. - This is a full time, permanent role which involved weekends - Shifts for Assistant Support Workers : 7am to 12pm or 3pm to 9pm - Shifts for Senior Support Workers: 6:45am to 2:45am or 2:30pm to 9:30pm - NVQ in Health & Social Care level 2 or above is a necessity - Experience working with children is desirable - if you have not got this experience, you must show transferable skills The children are currently on lockdown, however when this is over, they will go to school every day. This will also involve various school trips which you will be expected to go on. Key working experience is desirable, if not you will be taking this responsibility on after 9 months with the company. You will be a part of an establishment which has a huge family feel. Now what is in it for you?
