This site is run by an Outstanding Care Provider, the home itself is large with an Oustanding CQC rating, it has an excellent track record for providing high standard of care with awards to back this up. Home Manager Duties: You will provide person-centred support to elderly and dementia residents. You will be the most Senior member of the home and your main responsibility is to run all aspects of the home. Oversee the team of nurses and carers and ensure a high standard of care Full list of duties and job description provided upon application. Home Manager experience needed: RGN / RMN / RNLD qualification with an active NMC pin. Must have experience managing large care homes Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes. Possess strong commercial acumen with proven experience in business strategy and an understanding of financial management.
