Our Well respected Healthcare Client in the London area are looking for an experienced Test Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract to assist with implementation of a new Oracle ERP back office System. About the Role The role of the Cloud ERP Test Analyst will require excellent knowledge of Testing with different types of Test Materials a Test Analyst is expected to be able to produce, including the importance of a Test Traceability Matrix and excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance and HCM and able to talk about and understand the Oracle Fusion Business Process Models specific to ERP and HCM . Skills / Abilities Full Software Development Lifecycle experience as a Tester and Test Analyst SIT test analysis, preparation and execution for Oracle ERP and HCM cloud solutions UAT test analysis, preparation and execution for Oracle ERP and HCM cloud solutions Ability to take on and manage test preparation for specific areas of the Oracle ERP & HCM solution and deliver all required outputs in readiness for the start of Test Execution and champion those modules beyond into the planned Test Cycles. Ability to set deadlines for self, to work as part of a team and ensure delivery to tight timelines Ability to develop and work within set guidelines and systems Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and others Attention to detail Flexible, responsible, reliable and able to work without supervision Willing to work as part of a team to achieve common goals Knowledge • Excellent knowledge of Testing and the different types of Test Materials a Test Analyst is expected to be able to produce, including the importance of a Test Traceability Matrix • Excellent knowledge of the Defect Management process • Understands the difference between the Test approach to a cloud solution and the more traditional software solution that has been created from the ground up • Knowledge of use of Test Management tools and how they are best used to complement Test Analysis, Test Execution, Test Reporting and traceability • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance and HCM and able to talk about and understand the Oracle Fusion Business Process Models specific to ERP and HCM • Knowledge of non profit working models Qualifications, training and education • Educated to degree level, holds ISTQB certification is or qualified by experience.
