Role: Maintenance Engineer Salary: £36,200 Shifts: 2 Days 2 Nights 4 Off Benefits: Pension & Holidays Training: Funded Engineering training provided - HNC/ONC/Btec/18th Edition Certificates Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a large food manufacturing company in Lincoln. The successful would join the Maintenance team working 2 days 2 nights 4 off shift pattern working an average of 42 hours per week. Job Description: Maintenance Engineer To carry out routine maintenance and checks on all site machinery and equipment as directed by the Maintenance Coordinator. Ensure servicing and maintenance cause as little disruption to production as possible. Ensure all work is carried out safely and correctly with appropriate records being available for updating. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee any maintenance work carried out at the Branston site by authorised non-Branston personnel to do so. To control and record any site safety issues, reporting them to the relevant Departmental Heads. Liaise with Production and Maintenance Co-ordinators to ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely and safe manner. Play an active role in any continuous improvement teams ensuring that technological advancement is embraced. Any reasonable duties as requested by your Supervisor/Manager.
