Senior Pricing Analyst - £Competitive Salary - Plus Benefits - West Sussex - J10790 As a part of a dynamic team, you will be working closely with other teams to develop and enhance all of this Group's predictive tools to maximise profitability. This role involves extensive interaction with the company's senior stakeholders in the business thus a positive, customer focused, attitude is essential. Your expertise is sought by a Financial House which is highly successful and growing. Role & Responsibilities ·End to end ownership of project deliverables ·Ensure that the data submitted for Pricing is suitably prepared for modelling. ·Identify ways in which Pricing modelling can be enhanced. ·Analyse data and gain insights to inform Pricing discussions and decisions. ·Presenting Portfolio Pricing recommendations to various groups. ·Working with Decision Science Manger and Analysts to enhance the Pricing Model ·Work with other operations to align pricing with collectability. ·Work with the vendors during the pricing process to maximise knowledge of the data and collections strategy. Experience & Skills Required ·Highly numerate and detail oriented, preferably with a degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics science subjects, economics or engineering ·Extensive experience in an industry that deals with high volumes of data. ·SQL experience for data querying/ programming. ·Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Visual Basic is preferred ·Strong analytical and quantitative skills. ·Understanding of debt purchase processes and collections strategies. ·Knowledge of statistical sampling techniques such as Stratified sampling as distinct advantage ·Confidently work with others to develop cross business solutions If you fit the above job description, please contact Teresa Cheeseman Please be advised that we can only accept candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
