Care Assistant - Dorset, DT11 7DE We are recruiting for Care Assistants to join our clients' fantastic Care Team based in Dorset. This is a permanent position in a Residential Care Home. Hours: Full Time Positions, Day shifts are 8am to 8pm, 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm and nights are 8pm to 8am (will consider part time also) Pay: £8.43 during weekdays and £8.93 at weekends Our clients care home is modern and purpose built, tastefully decorated and provides a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. The successful candidates will: Have good communication skills, both written and verbal Be reliable with excellent time keeping skills Be passionate about delivering high standards of care Have a passion for working with and supporting Senior Adults 1-week induction training to be completed Benefits: Working within a friendly and supportive team Career development and training 28 days paid annual leave Our client aims to create the best possible home, where residents can live the happiest and most fulfilling lives You do not need to have a qualification; experience is preferred but not essential.
