Job Description Senior members of our community are looking for care and support at home, to help remain active and independent. This may involve support with personal care, sharing hobbies, shopping or light housework - whatever pursuits our older clients were able to engage in, but now find challenging. The aim is to provide motivation and stimulate interest to avoid the loneliness and depression that often accompanies ageing. We believe that our later years can be purposeful and fulfilling and our CAREGivers are driven by this mission. What you need: Empathy, patience, good listening skills, trustworthiness. We will teach you the rest you need to know - through our award-winning training and nationally recognised qualifications. CAREGivers also receive employer pension schemes, shopping discounts, and other perks.
