The Role Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with delivery and technical teams across the business, this role combines both project and account management with the purpose of building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. As the main point of contact for day to day account activities you will oversee and support both service and project delivery, providing effective communication to both internal project, external stakeholders and all team members, liaising with the install team ensuring work is completed on time and on budget. Alongside project management support you will also work closely with the business development team in the identification of new opportunities with existing customers. The Person With a successful track record in project management and experience within account management, ideally gained within manufacturing you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, leadership and organisational skills. Working within strict budgets and deadlines, strong interpersonal and communications skills are vital in this role to ensure excellent working relationships are built with customers.
