Overview
Are you a Project Manager with extensive experience working on change initiatives? Do you thrive off the challenge of working on multiple projects at any one time? Maybe you're keen to move to a truly client focused wealth management business where your input will make a real impact. This Project Manager role is for you. The role: The ability to build strong trust-based relationships is essential within this role as you liaise with a cross section of the business on the various initiatives you will manage. You'll be expected to drive projects to work to time and manage internal stakeholders at each step of the process communicating with them regularly, maintaining their engagement and producing interim status reports as appropriate. You will manage the process for risks and issues, ensuring correct ownership and escalation as necessary and manage budget and expenditure. An interesting part to this role is your responsibility for coaching less experienced employees performing project Manager roles.
