We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment Consultant Recruitment Consultants - HOT desk We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience gained in a fast-paced sector to join our highly regarded team. Hours 9 am to 7pm Monday to Friday and Some Saturdays and Sundays depending on how much bonus you like to earn. Salary expectations are between 18K exclusive of bonuses to 60K inclusive of bonuses. Based in Harlow (parking available) Your job role: Communicate with applicants to pitch new vacancies attracting and hiring candidates for their open positions. Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals Research into client’s company Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs Research into competitors and marketplace Define job description and document specifications Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels Create a candidate persona for each open position Conduct confidential interviews Follow-up references and check credits Present shortlisted candidates Present detailed candidate profile summaries Build long-term client relationships Research and develop recruiting leads Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy Goldman & Fine Group are the fastest growing Recruitment Agency who take pride in our work.
