HR Administrator Location: Harlow (Edinburgh Way) Salary: £10.00 - £11.00 per hour (weekly pay) Type: Temporary - fixed term contract Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday Adecco Harlow are looking for a HR Recruitment Administrator to join our client based in Harlow, Edinburgh Way. The main purpose of the role is to support staff within the HR department, with recruitment and administrative tasks. The role will be temporary initially, moving onto a 12 month fixed term contract, offering a salary of £24,000 per annum. Daily Duties: Supporting the HR department with the recruitment process Requesting and chasing employment references Inputting employee's personal data on the system Supporting the HR Department with general administrative tasks Taking minutes during confidential meetings Setting up important meetings for the HR team Filing away confidential documents Basic admin tasks: scanning, photocopying and filing HR documents The ideal candidate: Good attention to detail Able to follow procedures and carry out multiple tasks at one time Confident with the ability to use own initiative and manage own workload Experience required: Recruitment and/ or HR experience is essential We regret that due to volume of response, we can only contact initial successful applicants.
