Overview
As Commercial Business Partners you are the key financial and commercial support to Senior Operational leaders helping them set the overall business strategy, drive our contract profitability and operational delivery. You will be working closely with Operational & Commercial leaders to ensure that bids, tenders, spend & investment decisions are made with financial rigour. You will agree financial targets and measure financial performance, and then work with operational teams to agree actions to drive improved performance. Responsibilities: Business Partnering the operational Senior Management Team. Demonstrating an understanding of our markets, customers and our commercial relationships with them Supporting new business opportunities, working with the business to ensure these are compelling for our customers and commercial attractive for the business with rigorous financials to support Providing relevant and key financial reporting, enabling business performance to be tracked and understood Building ambitious and realistic financial plans with key operational leaders to help drive the business forward. Attract, recruit and develop key talent within your team. Using foresight to identify opportunities to improve financial performance or patient experience Building strong relationships across the organisation to drive business performance Mentoring non-financial professionals to improve their financial acumen. Experience: Working seamlessly with Senior Operational leaders to deliver financial performance Developing a business plan and driving financial performance through review and action setting Change management Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills Knowledge of financial systems Good Interpersonal Skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Attention to detail Adaptable / flexible approach Valid UK Driving Licence Qualified Accountant, 3-6 years PQE in a commercial environment Qualified to Degree Level This role is paying £45,000 - £55,000 a car allowance.
