Care Assistant (Elderly) Care Assistant Portsmouth £8.75 - £11 per Hour Care Assistant Full Time Are you a Care Assistant looking for new full time opportunity? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join a care home in Portsmouth, you will be working with a well-established care home which provides care and support to older people diagnosed with Dementia. We are looking for a hardworking, passionate, experienced Care Assistant with a passion for working with the elderly. If you are caring in nature, empathetic, patient and understanding and want to make a difference, then why not do something rewarding. Personal Qualities/Requirements of the Care Assistant: Reliable and an enthusiastic team member Flexible and adaptable Good organisational skills A true caring nature Ability to work flexible shifts including alternate weekend · DBS on updated service (preferred) · Moving and handling (must have) The Benefits · Gives you complete flexibility on working hours and which days you work on a weekly basis · Weekly pay · A great additional source of income · The majority of the shifts available are 12 hours, with the option to work day or night shifts regularly available.
