Overview
On behalf of our client, Highbridge Resourcing Ltd are looking to recruit a support worker for an 8 bed respite care home for adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex health care needs. This role requires split shifts 5 days a week (to include weekends - one off every third weekend) 7-10am and 3-7pm. In total, this will equate to 35 hours a week. The pay rate will vary depending on your qualification and weekend enhancement is offered. No sleep in's will be required. This is a permanent opportunity to work for a reputable charitable organisation in the heart of Sutton Coldfield. The company has been around for over 40 years and prides itself on the care and support it offers to the children and adults that attend the respite service.
