Senior Care Assistant - 33 hours - £9.21/hr- Leeds LS12 - Permanent We have roles based in the LS12 area of Leeds working 33 hours a week (3 x 12 hr shifts on days or nights, we have both contracts. This includes alternative weekends). You will be joining a fantastic group of care homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. You will be tasked with assisting with the residents care plan, supervising the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Key Responsibilities To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To supervise and support the care team, ensuring that the Care Home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.
