Overview
We have a client that owns and operates luxury, boutique serviced offices in and around central London and the UK. They are an extremely passionate company that takes customer service incredibly seriously. Our client understands that their staff are their ambassadors and that their success is based on the high levels of service that they offer to their valued clients. Each office is beautifully presented and they attract premium-end clients as a result. Therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong background within a premium customer service environment, ideally hospitality, air crew or high-end hotels. Presentation is another important factor as this is primarily a front of house, customer facing role. The duties are varied as you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis, with particular focus on the reception areas. In brief, the daily tasks will be: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors into the reception area Answering the telephones, transferring calls and/or taking detailed messages General housekeeping of the front of house area Ordering flowers, magazines etc. Booking taxi's, couriers, executive cars etc. Managing the meeting rooms, diaries, supplies, refreshments etc. Setting-up any tech required for meetings etc. Conducting floor walks, checking that the office is in tip-top condition Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant contractors Conducting and assisting with fire drills Office administration such as ordering stationary and supplies Producing invoices and maintaining the database If you feel that you have the skills and the natural flair for customer service, then please send your CV to us todayImmediate start available, however our client will wait for the right individual.
