Overview

One of the most admired brands for placing senior level professionals into leading educational institutions now seeks a Senior Consultant with a real interest in recruiting in to the public sector to join their market leading division . As part of a team that already produce £200k per head a year in predominantly retained recruitment assignments you will be developing existing relationships with leading private schools across the UK to place permanent and interim FM and Estates staff. As this firm already work with many of the UK's leading higher education establishments, and boasts an impressive portfolio of successfully completed assignments, you will find your client base, are very receptive and open to working with you. This role will see you work with a Director and a Head of Practice who will help you become a key biller in the business and develop your specialist recruitment skills in this interesting niche market. You will love the transparent targets to your next level promotions and the commission scheme with zero threshold - not to mention the collaboration of working with peers who are some of the best recruiters in this sector. The ideal candidate will be a professional recruiter with a real interest in building long and lasting relationships with clients. This sector is job rich and comparatively competition free so would be a relief for Public Sector Consultants operating in over commoditized verticals. You will be joining a team that is made up of highly experienced recruitment professionals who all operate at the senior end of the market and enjoy a rich suite of tools as required to operate at this level.
