Overview

Document Control Administrator Our client based in Horley, are looking for an experienced Document Control, Administrator and Production Control-Chaser. An ideal candidate will understand working within the constraints of a Quality Management System, such as ISO9001. Duties of a Document Controller and Production Control-Chaser: Coordinate between scheduling and production to ensure the right jobs are being worked to ensure on-time delivery To provide data and reports to the scheduling team Input data and perform basic analysis (warehousing, stock, transportation data) in order to take the appropriate actions Daily liaison with the shop floor, customer services and third parties Essential Skills MS Office knowledge with advanced user skills in Excel & Word Previous experience in an Administration role essential Desirable Skills Scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous & experience in Document Management Software i.e. DDM Knowledge & experience in MRP software i.e. Concept or similar
