Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen to start a career with a growing Financial Services company that specialises in running SIPP and SSAS pension schemes. If you are successful, you will join our training programme receiving specialist training in groups and on a one to one basis to help develop into the role. You will work within a team and alongside Pension Account Managers and provide them assistance with managing their portfolio of clients. Some Key Responsibilities: •Provide the best possible service to clients, ensuring published service standards and Treating Customers Fairly requirements are always met. •Responding to all communication in a timely manner •Complete all administrative record keeping including computer records and paper files in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all compliance and legal requirements. •Creation and maintenance of data records •Foster and maintain good working relationships with clients and other Team members •Distributing incoming post and answering incoming telephone calls daily. Skills and Experience: Candidates require good numeracy and communication skills, be accurate, motivated and focused on delivering excellent assistance to their colleagues. Previous experience of working in an office environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
