Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel lawyer to join their In House team at a leading Pharmaceutical organisation. The role will be predominantly advising on a broad range of commercial agreements, data protection, competition and public procurement. As Senior Legal Counsel you will be expected to have great negotiation and drafting skills. In-house experience from a pharmaceuticals business would be preferable. Additional experience of laws and regulations governing the sale and marketing of medicines would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer or a qualified foreign lawyer who can be admitted to practise in England and Wales via the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme Assessment.
