Overview
Absolute IT Recruitment are seeking a Senior Product Manager on behalf of a high-growth, funded start-up in their extremely modern office in West London. The successful Senior Product Manager will be joining an exceptional team consisting of Developers, Designers and Product Managers. As the senior point of contact for the product, you will be instrumental in helping the business to remain customer-first whilst growing their product. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with the following attributes: 6 years’ experience in a Product Management role commercially. Experience working within a start-up/SME in an Agile environment. Experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) environments. Experience building roadmaps and owning a product’s journey (performance monitoring, change requests, etc.). Previous experience working with/owning a SaaS product. The Senior Product Manager will take the lead in defining sprint goals and will lead a team of exceptional product managers. This is a fast-paced environment and although time-to-delivery is imperative, the business focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and customer journey above all else. FinTech and E-Commerce experience is highly desirable, candidates who have experience working within a B2C, start-up environment are encouraged to apply (regardless of sector experience).
