Inside Sales Executive Responsible for generating revenue by speaking to new and existing customers over the telephone, identifying their business needs and future requirements to be able to offer and deliver a solution that matches their needs. To achieve Sales related KPI’s as set by the UK Sales Management Team To close orders quickly and efficiently for New and Existing customers To seek sales opportunities to new and existing customers to maximise sales targets. Responsible for the management of sales opportunities within the CRM system and to keep up to date at all times. To ensure GDPR guidelines are always adhered to. Responsible for working with both internal and external customer to ensure delivery of an Exceptional Customer Experience Other such tasks as requested from time to time. Requirements Skills: Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience including New Business Sales Experience within the Telematics industry would be advantageous but not essential Must have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, including active listening, verbal and written. Excellent negotiation skills and experience in working to targets. Customer Focused, with the ability to deal with complex customer requirements ensuring a full needs analysis is completed to enable solution delivery. Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Ability to communicate with customers from various industries and at all levels. Organisational & Time Management Skills are a must Personal Attributes: Must be Outgoing, Target Driven, and Self Motivated Passionate about exceeding and delivering customer expectations Attention to detail is Essential Must be adaptable and able to multi task effectively Ability to learn, develop and utilise Fortive Business tool and processes Must be Ambitious and have the desire to succeed and develop
