Overview

Our client is a well-established wealth management firm specialising in providing holistic financial services. A position has become available for a Financial Planning Administrator to their team. The position of Financial Planning / IFA Administrator will work closely with the advisers and senior paraplanner providing support with basic suitability report writing, annual reviews and administration. Main duties: Basic Report writing - insurance, investment etc Provide administrative support for quarterly investment portfolio reviews Complete bespoke annual reviews for investments New business processing and post-sale support Assist with withdrawal and drawdown requests Deal with client queries Key qualities and skills required: Strong working knowledge and experience of financial services administration Ability to prioritise own workload as well as being a good team player Be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in written and numerical work Experience of working within defined service standards and procedures with a working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience of Adviser Office preferred Knowledge of using investment company platforms Additional useful qualities and skills Have attained or be interested in studying towards attaining financial services qualifications Ability to work in an innovative way coming up with suggestions for improvements in process, and a willingness to learn new skills, as required What's in it for you?
